Terms of Service

The service

Tallymeter is a time-tracking and invoicing service operated by MB Nexus Consulting (Lithuania). Every account starts with a 30-day free trial, no card required. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription (€9/month or €90/year, prices include applicable VAT where charged). The optional Tallymeter for Jira app is free and requires a Tallymeter account.

Your data, your responsibility for its accuracy

You own everything you put into Tallymeter. Invoices are generated from the numbers and details you provide — you are responsible for their correctness, for your tax obligations, and for having the right to bill your clients. Tallymeter is a tool, not an accountant or a party to your client contracts.

Payment & cancellation

Subscriptions are billed by Stripe and renew automatically. Cancel anytime — access continues to the end of the paid period. When a plan lapses, your data is kept and read access to billing remains; full access resumes when you resubscribe. Delete your account anytime by emailing [email protected].

Fair use & conduct

Don't abuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to breach or overload the systems, no reselling access. API usage is rate-limited (120 requests/minute). We may suspend accounts that threaten the service's integrity, with notice where practicable.

Warranty & liability

Tallymeter is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it available and correct, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are announced on the changelog and by email for paying customers. Continued use after a change means acceptance. Lithuanian law governs; disputes go to the courts of Lithuania.
